saw something which really disappoints me
that realli defines the discipline level of our unit
it's really time i start being as strict as i can

after some reflections
i realised i've been very kind to the cadets
i'm not strict enough
mayb because i donwan them to suffer
what we've gone through
but that's not the way things should work anymore
i concluded i have to come down really hard on the cadets from now onwards

considering the way our cadets behave now
i must admit i'm not doing my job as an IAC head
things MUST change
and WILL change
in the fastest possible way
you all crossed my limit
period.

before i pass out
just wanna raise the level of discipline in the unit again
that's the least i can do

it's really disappointing to have read that...
